"By the way, hubby, I just remembered, we need to go to the mall." Su Wanyi suddenly said.

"What do we need to go to the mall for? Weren’t we heading directly home?" Ye Chen asked, puzzled.

"It’s because I found it too cumbersome, so I didn’t bring skincare products with me. We need to go to the mall to buy a set." Su Wanyi said, somewhat embarrassed.

Upon hearing this, Ye Chen felt women were too troublesome; just skincare involved several types, and every night it would take more than an hour just for skincare.

"Alright, then let’s head to the mall now." With that, Ye Chen turned the car around and drove towards Wanxiang City.

The skincare products Su Wanyi used were very high-end, so only places like Wanxiang City had them, and this mall was also the nearest to them.

After parking the car, the two headed towards the first-floor skincare counter.

Originally, they came to buy skincare products, but this time, Su Wanyi bought many clothes, shoes, and bags as well.

Poor Ye Chen ended up carrying large and small bags again.

It was already noon, and they didn’t want to go home for lunch, so they found a newly opened restaurant here to solve the lunch problem.

This time, they went to a barbecue restaurant where they ordered a lot of meat and vegetables.

Ye Chen disliked coming to eat barbecue the most, as he could only watch Su Wanyi eat while serving on the side.

"Hubby, you should eat quickly too, or the meat will get cold." Su Wanyi placed a piece of barbecued meat onto Ye Chen’s plate.

Ye Chen had no time to enjoy the barbecue; he could only wait until all the meat was grilled before he could eat.

At a table beside them sat a young couple, and the girl looked at Su Wanyi and Ye Chen with envy.

At their table, it was the girl cooking and the boy eating, the exact opposite.

"Honey, look, other boyfriends are grilling meat for their girlfriends, and look at me." The girl said coyly.

The boy looked in the direction the girl pointed and was also envious because Su Wanyi was way more beautiful than his girlfriend.

"You’re just looking at the guy grilling meat for the girl; why don’t you notice how that girl looks like a fairy? If you looked like that, I’d grill for you too." The boy said in a not-so-good mood.

This girl wasn’t one to be trifled with; upon hearing this, she put down the tongs and got up to leave.

Ye Chen and Su Wanyi never imagined that they came to eat barbecue, causing a young couple to start quarreling.

Ye Chen paid no attention to everything around him because his eyes were only on Su Wanyi.

Finally, when the meat was grilled, Ye Chen could enjoy the barbecue freely.

After they finished lunch, Su Wanyi didn’t want to go home.

"Hubby, how long has it been since we’ve watched a movie? We have time, so why not watch one?" Su Wanyi stopped and said.

Indeed, the last movie they watched was a few months ago.

"Sure, honey, you decide what to watch, and I’ll go with you." Ye Chen nodded and said.

"I don’t know either; why don’t we go to the cinema and see what new movies are showing?" Su Wanyi shook her head and said.

The two of them headed to the cinema and saw that several new releases were indeed showing.

Ye Chen didn’t choose the tear-jerking or touching ones but instead opted for a light-hearted and lively movie; eventually, they chose an animated film.

There was almost an hour before the movie started.

"Honey, carrying these big and small bags into the cinema would be inconvenient. Why don’t you wait here while I take everything to the car, then come back to find you?" Ye Chen suggested.

Su Wanyi had bought so much that Ye Chen’s hands were already full, and he even felt a particular pain from the strain on his hands.

"Okay, you go ahead. I’ll buy some popcorn and drinks now, and then we’ll meet back here." Su Wanyi nodded and said.

Thus, the two divided tasks: one went to the car to stow things, and the other went to buy drinks and popcorn.

Half an hour later, Ye Chen and Su Wanyi met back up and headed towards the cinema with the tickets they had purchased.

This movie made Ye Chen and Su Wanyi laugh from beginning to end.

Ye Chen felt a movie should be enjoyable and leave people feeling happy; after all, Su Wanyi was a sensitive girl, and if she watched something touching, she’d probably cry a lot.

If she cried, it wasn’t much of an issue as that was a release of emotions, but Ye Chen wouldn’t enjoy having to comfort her.

Nearly two hours of movie left Su Wanyi wanting more.

After the movie ended, she reluctantly left.

"Hubby, the animated movie was so well done; do you think there’ll be a sequel?" Su Wanyi asked Ye Chen.

"There probably will be; it depends on the box office. If it’s good, they usually make a sequel." Ye Chen explained patiently.

"Alright, then we make a pact: if they make a sequel, we have to watch it together again." Su Wanyi said with a smile.

"Okay, no problem." Ye Chen nodded and said.

After watching the movie, Su Wen Yi and Ye Chen really couldn’t think of any other good entertainment activities, so the two of them could only go home.

After all, today Su Wanyi was moving to live at Ye Chen’s place, and she needed to spend quite a bit of time settling in.

If they stayed out too late, they’d have no energy left to do so.

Ye Chen drove towards Hua Mansion, and inexplicably, the closer they got to Hua Mansion, the more tense Su Wanyi felt.

Before, she had been to Ye Chen’s home, but those were just occasional visits. She worried that living together with Ye Chen would lead to some unpleasantness due to their different lifestyles.
